B'HER — Morning Routines
Privacy Policy
Effective date: 2 November 2026
1. Overview
B'HER is an app that helps you build a morning routine and keep it. You choose the routines that belong in your morning, tick them off each day, and the app keeps track of how consistently you show up.
You can use B'HER without creating an account. If you choose to sign in with Apple or Google, your routines and history are linked to your account so they carry over across devices. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect either way, how we use it, and your rights regarding that data.
2. Data We Collect
A. Content You Create (all users, with or without an account)
- Your routines. Which routines you added to your morning, the order you put them in, and how long you set each one to take.
- Your completions. Which routines you ticked off, and on which calendar date. This is what the streaks, milestones, and progress charts are built from.
- Your wake-up time. The time you told us you usually get up, stored as a plain wall-clock preference so reminders can follow your morning.
- Your reminder preference. Whether you asked for daily reminders.
- An anonymous identifier. When you finish onboarding, the app creates an anonymous account identified only by a randomly generated identifier. Until you sign in, that identifier is all that ties your routines to you — it contains no name, email, or device identifier.
B. Account Data (only if you sign in with Apple or Google)
If you sign in with Apple, we may receive:
- A unique user identifier issued by Apple
- Your name, only if you choose to share it on first sign-in
- An email address — either your real address or an Apple private relay address, depending on the choice you make when signing in
If you sign in with Google, we may receive:
- A unique user identifier issued by Google
- The name and email address of your Google account
Signing in links the routines and history you already built to your account, so they are available on your other devices. We never have access to your Apple ID or Google account password; authentication is handled entirely by Apple or Google.
C. Purchase Data
If you subscribe to Pro, the transaction is processed entirely by Apple through the App Store or by Google through Google Play Billing. We never receive or store your payment card details. To unlock Pro on your account we store your subscription status, the product you bought, when it expires, and — for App Store purchases — Apple's original transaction identifier, or for Google Play purchases the purchase token, so a purchase can be traced back to the account it was granted to if you contact us about a refund or a billing problem.
D. What We Do Not Collect
- We do not collect your location.
- We do not collect your contacts, photos, calendar, or microphone input.
- We do not collect advertising identifiers, and we do not track you across other apps or websites.
- We do not read from or write to Apple Health or Google Fit.
- Reminders are scheduled and delivered by your own device. We do not store a push notification token and cannot send you push messages from our servers.
3. How We Use Your Data
We use the data described above to:
- Show you your morning routine and keep it in the order you arranged
- Record which routines you completed and build your progress, streaks, and milestones from them
- Schedule reminders around the wake-up time you set
- Sync your routines and history across your devices when you sign in
- Give you access during your free days and keep it open for subscribers afterwards
- Keep the app running reliably and answer you when you contact support
We do not use your data for advertising, and we do not sell or rent your data to third parties.
4. Data Storage and Security
Your routines, completions, preferences, and account data are stored on our own servers. All traffic between the app and our servers is encrypted in transit over HTTPS. We do not share this content with any third party other than the sign-in and payment providers described below, and we apply reasonable technical measures to protect it from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.
5. Third-Party Services
- Sign in with Apple — handles authentication; governed by the Apple Privacy Policy. We never receive your Apple ID credentials.
- Google Sign-In — handles authentication; governed by the Google Privacy Policy. We never receive your Google account credentials.
- Apple App Store — processes subscriptions and purchases on iOS; governed by the Apple Privacy Policy. We never receive your payment details.
- Google Play Billing — processes subscriptions and purchases on Android; governed by the Google Privacy Policy. We never receive your payment details.
- App Store and Google Play platform analytics — the stores may collect aggregate, anonymized usage data such as downloads, sessions, and crashes through their own standard tooling, governed by their own privacy policies. We cannot identify individual people through this.
We do not currently integrate any advertising, analytics, or crash-reporting SDKs of our own. If that changes, we will update this policy.
6. Children
B'HER is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us at [email protected] and we will delete it.
7. Your Rights
We are committed to respecting your rights under applicable privacy laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK). You have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Correct any inaccurate data
- Delete your account and all associated data
- Object to or restrict processing of your data
- Withdraw consent for reminders at any time, from the app or your device settings
You can delete your account and everything attached to it at any time from within the app. If you use the app without signing in, you can contact us at [email protected] to request deletion. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.
8. Data Retention
We keep your routines, completions, preferences, and account data for as long as your account exists. When you delete your account, your data is permanently removed from our servers, though some residual copies may remain in routine backups for a limited period before being purged.
9. International Transfers
Our servers are operated on our behalf and your data may be processed in a country other than the one you live in. Wherever it is processed, it is handled under this policy and protected by the measures described in section 4.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make meaningful changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
